What is a Baseline?

A Baseline delivers an Account-based Coverage dashboard with analytics and detailed listings for a Territory and the Partners and Sellers supporting the Territory.  The end result is a Channel Directory with drill downs by Partner and Sellers who are working exclusively supporting the Territory.  

 

The Territory (and Channel) dashboards mirror the Territory's real-world complexity challenges. The Territory Go-To-Market Team provides Partner/Seller details, outreach and alignment information including Account and teaming updates.

 

1TeamEDGE Field Book delivers Territory, Channel and Partner Analytics providing a snapshot of the Territory's Account coverage aligned by Partners and Sellers supporting the Territory.  A Territory Baseline also rolls up Partner data across Territories to get a complete picture of how Partner Sellers support Territories across the Company.

Baselining requires the support of Sales Ops, Sales Leadership, Marketing and Channel Leadership to get a full picture of the Territory team engagement.
